Ven. Lobsang Kunsang, first-year teacher and tutor of the Logic and Debate study program at the Lama Tsong Khapa Institute. Born in La Spezia in 1982, she ordained as a nun under Geshe Ciampa Ghiatso in 2007. She studied the FPMT Basic Program and the FPMT Masters Program at the Lama Tsong Khapa Institute and later, on the advice of her Lama Kiabje Dagri Rinpoche, went to India to stay at Drolmaling, a non-sectarian monastic dialectical school for Himalayan nuns under the Tibetan Nuns Project, where she lived for about four years studying Buddhist Philosophy with the nuns and learning the Tibetan language. She also studied in Nepal at the Kopan Women's Monastery. Currently, she is studying in Dharamsala at the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics in India, while continuing to work on the online Debate course connected with the Lama Tsong Khapa Institute.
